As a service
manager, it is my responsibility to assist with all aspects
of customer care. I help with coordinating suppliers and subcontractors.
After our homeowners move to their new home I make sure our
project managers and subcontractors are informed of any services
requested by our clients. My main job is to keep smiles on
our homeowners face and insure them that their concerns and
needs will not be ignored. I believe that our happy homeowners
